What is the three-year turnkey maintenance contract and how does it function?  

The plan is a three-year contract with Dream Project Solutions (Pty) Ltd in which a thorough external property inspection is done at the commencement of the contract to comprehensively record the conditions of all exterior areas of the property. Our consultants thereafter compile a maintenance report, which comprises a detailed condition assessment, actual escalated cost of the capital item, the year that this cost will occur and a method to budget for the cost by determining the actual contributions per annum. The maintenance will then be scheduled over the three-year period, and we will assist with all tendering, appointments and facilitation of the maintenance on site.

• We provide third party quality assurance certification on completion of maintenance projects, in addition to manufacturer’s guarantees. Dream Project Solutions (Pty) Ltd performs regular site inspections and prepares development reports on the maintenance work executed; and ensures that variation orders are maintained and managed.
• Total project management is carried out by Dream Project Solutions (Pty) Ltd during the maintenance.
